1. Introduction and Acceptance

4. Single Account Rule: Each individual may maintain only one account on vip388. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, and winnings.
5. Personal Use Only: Your account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account, nor may you transfer, sell, or otherwise dispose of your account to another party.
6. Non-Professional Status: vip388 is intended for recreational players only. If we determine that you are a professional gambler, arbitrage bettor, or using automated betting systems (bots), we reserve the right to restrict or terminate your account.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.4 Account Suspension and Termination

vip388 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, provision of false information, creating multiple accounts, money laundering suspicions, abusive behavior toward staff or other players, or if we determine in our sole discretion that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to vip388 or other users. Upon termination, you forfeit any remaining bonus balances, but legitimately earned funds (deposits and genuine winnings) will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to vip388.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

vip388 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), as well as popular e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your bank or payment provider.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly during Indonesian banking hours (Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day. vip388 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals can be requested at any time through your account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside these hours are processed on the next business day.

vip388 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50,000,000 or if we detect unusual withdrawal patterns. Large withdrawals may be processed in installments at our discretion. We do not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per calendar month; subsequent withdrawals in the same month incur a 2% processing fee (maximum Rp 100,000 per transaction).

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

vip388 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. You may not use the Platform for any illegal purposes, including money laundering. Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal unless a valid reason for non-wagering is provided and accepted by our compliance team. We monitor transactions for suspicious patterns and cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating financial crimes. Accounts suspected of money laundering will be immediately frozen and reported to appropriate authorities.

5.4 Dormant Accounts

If your account remains inactive (no login or wagers placed) for 365 consecutive days, it will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts with balances below Rp 100,000 may be charged an administrative fee of Rp 25,000 per month after the initial 365-day period. To reactivate a dormant account, contact customer support. We recommend withdrawing funds if you do not plan to use your account for an extended period.

• Bonus Abuse: vip388 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if we detect bonus abuse including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, colluding with other players, or using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.

7. Betting Rules and Game Terms

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on vip388 are final and cannot be cancelled once accepted by our system. In the event of obvious errors (such as incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction), vip388 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. • Using the Platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any aspect of the Platform
• Using VPNs or proxy services to disguise your true location (except where necessary for basic internet access in your region)
• Bonus abuse, syndicate play, or arbitrage betting across multiple platforms

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and legal action if appropriate. We reserve the right to report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vip388, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (c) any content obtained from the Services; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall vip388's aggregate liability exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

vip388 is not liable for: technical failures including internet connectivity issues, server downtime, or software malfunctions; losses arising from your failure to maintain account security; third-party actions including banks declining transactions or imposing fees; errors in sports statistics or game outcomes provided by third-party data providers; or delays in processing transactions during bank holidays or technical maintenance periods.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless vip388 from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your violation of any laws or third-party rights, or your use of the Services.

11. Dispute Resolution

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 14 business days. If you remain dissatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to our senior management team.

For unresolved disputes, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in English under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against vip388. All disputes must be brought individually. This arbitration agreement does not prevent you from bringing issues to the attention of regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies if you believe illegal activity has occurred.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vip388 is licensed and operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using vip388 services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration.

Given that vip388 operates internationally and serves players in Indonesia, you acknowledge that Indonesian law may have different provisions regarding online gambling. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with Indonesian law as it applies to your use of offshore gambling services. vip388 makes no representations regarding the legality of accessing or using the Platform from Indonesia or any other specific jurisdiction.
